How to use iFill Oxygen Cylinders?

The Devilbiss iFill Oxygen Cylinder is filled using the Devilbiss IFill Personal Oxygen Station and is used along with the PulseDose O2 Conserver. To know how to fill the cylinder or insert batteries in the PulseDose, please view Instruction Guide. Following are the instructions on How to use the iFill cylinder with with PulseDose Oxygen Conserver:

1. Attach the standard nasal cannula to the cannula fitting. Oxygen tubing up to 35 feet long may be used in PulseDose delivery mode.
2. Attach the cannula to your nose and face.
3. Turn “ON” by turning the rotary selector to the prescribed flow setting. Always confirm that the green and red lights flash and on PD1000A-CAN-XX models you hear the audible alarm beep at startup.
4. Breathe normally, the conserving device will deliver a bolus of oxygen at the leading edge of inspiration on every breath up to 40 breaths per minute.
5. When you are finished using the iFill oxygen cylinder, turn the rotary selector to the “OFF” position.
