How to use Spirometer?
- Sit straight and hold the Spirometer
- Breathing out : Exhale all the air from lungs
- Put the mouthpiece in the mouth and close lips tightly around the mouthpiece
Note: Inhale air only to the mouth
- Breathing In: Inhale air deeply and slowly through the mouth. When taking deep breath, it will raise the piston. If user can not take a deep breath any longer, take the mouth piece out of the mouth.
- Hold your breath for up to 5 seconds then loosen lips from mouthpiece and breath out slowly
- Take few breaths when piston return to bottom of the cylinder
- Repeat these steps for 10 times. Get piston higher in every cycle.
