Using an inhaler with a spacer is an asthma treatment option for smaller children and babies. Inhalers deliver medicine to be inhaled very quickly and are compact and light so they can easily be taken with you wherever you go. A spacer, or holding chamber, is an attachment that holds the medicine in place so you can breathe it in easier. Holding chambers are great for young children who may not have the coordination to effectively receive medication from their MDI.
We have a good and useful mix of spacers and inhalers to improve the possibilities of aerosol therapy for young children.
